This report is the 3rd edition of the market research of metal powders for additive technologies in Russia.

The purpose of the study is to analyze the market of additive technologies using metal powders in Russia.

This work is a desk study. As sources of information, data from the Federal State Statistics Service, the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation, materials from the sectoral and regional press, annual and quarterly reports of companies, Internet sites of enterprises, scientific and technical literature, the Infomain database were used.

Chronological framework of the study: 2009-2017, 1st half of 2018, forecast - until 2020.

Geography of the research: Russia.

Scope of the research: the report consists of 10 chapters, contains 112 pages, including 26 tables, 29 figures and 3 annexes.

 

The first chapter of the report is devoted to a brief review of the state of additive technologies in the world.

The second chapter shows the main world companies in the market of additive technologies. The characteristics of the produced 3D printers working with the use of metallic powders are given.

The third chapter provides an overview of Russian companies implementing projects to create equipment for additive technologies.

In the fourth chapter, the main technologies for the production of metal powders for additive technologies and corresponding equipment are considered. Also the nomenclature of metal powders produced by world manufacturers for additive technologies is presented.

The fifth chapter is devoted to the situation with the production of metal powders for additive technologies in Russia. Described companies that have and create capacity to produce these products.

The sixth chapter provides data on imports of RF in 2009-2018 equipment for additive technologies that use metallic powders, with distribution in the areas of supply. The chapter is supplemented with detailed information on Russian importers, foreign suppliers of 3D printers, equipment characteristics in 2009-2018.

The seventh chapter provides data on the import of the Russian Federation in 2009-2018 metal powders for additive technologies with a distribution by supply chain. Also, the dynamics of import prices for various types of powders is given. The chapter is supplemented with detailed information on Russian importers, foreign suppliers of metal powders for additive technologies in 2009-2018.

The eighth chapter gives a description of the main Russian importers of metal powders and 3D printers (LLC "IF AB Universal" and LLC Nissa Digispace).

The ninth chapter is devoted to the description of the situation with the development of additive technologies based on the example of the main participants of this market (JSC ODK Aviadvigatel, PJSC UDK Saturn, Novomet-Perm JSC, etc.).

In the ten chapter, an overview of the state and prospects of the development of additive technologies in Russia is made, and a forecast is given for the consumption of metallic powders for additive technologies in Russia until 2020.
