This review is the ninth edition of the study of the hydrogen peroxide market in Russia and the CIS.

The purpose of the study is to analyze the hydrogen peroxide market and forecast its development for the period up to 2030.

The object of research is hydrogen peroxide.

The chronological framework of the study is 1998-2022, the forecast is 2023-2030.

Research geography: Russia, CIS and other countries of the world.

 

This work is mainly a desk study. As sources of information, data from the Federal State Statistics Service of the Russian Federation (Rosstat), the Statistics Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan, data from the customs statistics of the Russian Federation and Ukraine, the Statistics Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the UNdata, USGS databases, and the Infomine database of railway traffic statistics of the Russian Federation were used as sources of information. Also, data from the industry and regional press, annual and quarterly reports of securities issuers, and websites of enterprises producing hydrogen peroxide were involved.

A feature of this work is that the statistical data on production, consumption and foreign trade operations are given in terms of 100% hydrogen peroxide. This makes it possible to: correctly assess the hydrogen peroxide market capacity, market shares owned by Russian manufacturers and foreign suppliers, determine a reliable sectoral consumption structure, correctly assess the consumption volumes of specific buyers of this reagent, i.e., identify the largest consumers.

 

The report consists of 9 chapters, contains 130 pages, 19 figures, 44 tables and 2 appendices.

The first chapter of the report provides a brief overview of the global hydrogen peroxide market. It presents data on the volume of the world reagent market and its development trends, on the volumes and main directions of foreign trade operations.

The second chapter provides data on existing technologies for the production of hydrogen peroxide, on the sources of raw materials for its production.

The third chapter analyzes the production of the investigated chemical in Russia and the CIS in 1998-2022. It provides statistical data on the volume of production of these products, as well as the characteristics of the main manufacturing enterprises.

In addition, the chapter contains requirements for the quality of the product, the mode of its transportation and packaging.

The fourth chapter of the report is devoted to foreign trade operations with the studied product in the CIS countries in 1998-2022. The volumes and main directions of supplies have been determined.

The fifth chapter provides statistical data on export-import prices for hydrogen peroxide in the period 1999-2022.

The sixth chapter is devoted to the consumption of the product in question in Russia in 1998-2022. It provides data on consumption volumes, main areas of application and consumers of the chemical.

The seventh chapter is devoted to the consumption of hydrogen peroxide in Ukraine in 2004-2021. It provides data on consumption volumes, main areas of application and consumers of the chemical.

The eighth chapter is devoted to the consumption of hydrogen peroxide in Kazakhstan in 2004-2022. It provides data on consumption volumes, main applications and consumers of the chemical

The ninth and final chapter presents a forecast for the development of the hydrogen peroxide market until 2030.

The Annexes contain contact information of the largest producers and consumers of hydrogen peroxide.
